CONSTRUCTION

Our construction funding options include:

A blended primary and secondary facility where we hold a first mortgage over the project;
-
Mezzanine facilities where we hold a second mortgage over the project;
-
Equity facilities.
We are happy to fund projects of all sizes - typically projects from $5m to $50m are well supported by our Investors. Projects outside this range also considered.
We only provide funding for projects that have at least a development approval in place. All projects are assessed on their merits and must meet our funding parameters to be considered.

Like all construction funders we have pre-sale requirements but these are far more flexible than many other funders allowing for a percentage of pre-sales to be achieved during construction, rather than before construction commences.
Our cost of funding is competitive but will vary depending on the level of risk assessed, project type, location and experience of developers.
Preferred Lending Parameters:
LTV 70%
Based on independent valuation from approved Valuers.
LTC 85%
Quantity Surveyors engaged to review costs & report on progress.
12 - 24 MTHS
Longer terms are available on request.
DA Approved
Construction must be ready to commence with 6 months. Flexible pre-sales levelas.
