RESIDENTIAL

We will lend to purchase new approved residential properties. Properties must be on our approved development list.
Loan options include First and Second Mortgages and may be for owner occupiers or investors.
Subject to meeting standard lending criteria we will lend to residents and non-residents. You will need demonstrate that you can service the loan repayments and all application details will be verified.
Our loans are typically for a period of 5 years (P&I repayments based on a 30 year term for first mortgages) with no penalty for early repayment. Interest rates may be variable or fixed for the lending period.

Higher LVRs are possible for Australian residents.
1st & 2nd
We offer 1st and 2nd Mortgages based on each indivudals circumstances.
Non-Residents
Various options available for approved developments. Maximum LVR will depend on property & loan size.
Pre-Approved
We pre-approve quality developments for potential loans.
